Enter your State and Vehicle inventory Tax (.0625 is a good number for Texas in 1997)

Enter the License Tag Cost (usually around $60)

Enter the State inspection and Title cost (Depends on your state. About $35 for Texas)

Enter the Documentary Fee (Commonly $50 by the Dealer)

This is your Total Amount Due above the Sticker cost.

Enter your Down Payment or Trade-in Value

This is your Principal Balance Due.

Enter the Term of the Loan in Years

Enter your Interest Rate (let's hope for no higher than 10%)

This is the Total Interest Rate you will pay throughout the life of your Loan (scary)

This is your Monthly payment after taxes and interest and Sticker Price.
